downloaded iOS7 this morning, ipad will not start up, seems to be stuck in a restart cycle, can never get to the home screen. can't restore as iTunes says iPad is locked and I must unlock, but can't as I can't get a working home screen, any thoughts? it's an iPad3 wifi only.
