iPad4/OS7.0.4/keypad disappears/constant-reboot?

Since the update of the update(7.0.4) my keypad has gotten VERY fussy,
to the point of Fobia. The letters/numbers disappear and emoji freaks it out!?
I've rebooted ;soft and hard,w/no long-term fix.

Is it Me? Or is it # ?

Is there A FIX ?

Short term fix will probably involve reloading a fresh IOS and then restoring.
What you are describing is not normal or indigitive of 7.0.4 so it is likely something has been corrupted.
