I have iOS 12.1.1 and only allows for 4 apps on the dock. Limited split screen functional, too. Using Mini 4 with 2GB, A8.

What device are you running? 4 apps in dock on a full screen iPad?

Sorry, should have been more clear on the device: iPad Pro 12.9.

So here is the question again: on an iPad Pro 12.9, with iPadOS 13, is it possible to put more apps on the dock than in iOS 12?
