Yes, I’ve tried a couple (MS & Logi) different wireless keyboard and touchpad combos. They work just fine.

Yes- To the 37 people that want this and would be willing to pay the (likely) rather high price for it. That’s not to say that I wouldn’t love it, I just don’t see anyone investing in bringing that product to market anytime soon.
