Not just me. I know that there's been talk about it, but I saw it 1st hand when I had to get my MacBook Pro repaired. I mean that the Genius Bar reps are using iPad 2's for CRM-related stuff. That means that they do the customer-service management data logging on it, they're only using the MacBook Pros for troubleshooting. My genius filled out the work authorization report and log on the iPad, and the MBP to verify that my computer's HDD was working right. Interesting stuff... I love apple!
