iPads Being Sold TODAY have 4.3 or 4.3.1??

Purchased 64GB at&t iPad 2 today, it came with 4.3.1

For those who received 4.3.1, do you have backlight bleeding issue?

Mine is very noticeable at 50%, and is pretty around the whole iPad.

The corners are brighter with sort of a yellowish tint, hopefully it's the glue? idk I'll give it a couple of days.
