iPads portability fantastic at trade show

Attended trade show at NEC yesterday and on previous occasions, I would have brought mbp along. What a joy it was this time to only have to carry iPad along. Early flight, hour to kill before show so what better than sky sports. Used evernote all day to photograph stands and products of interest, putting together a brochure of the show relevant to me. All the usual stuff, checking emails and graphics jobs sent to me for printing today were all checked and ok'd. Rounded off day with listening to ipod on one hour return flight home. Anyone claiming this thing is only a toy, needs their heads exanining

agreed, people laughed at jobs for saying magical (the same people who brought us netbooks, antiviruses, windoze, etc.) and he is vindicated every day.
