iPAQ Synchronisation app?

is there an iMac equivalent to Active Sync. My iPaq is an essential tool for me and now I got my dream machine after twenty years of Windows I have a need to be able to synchronise my HP iPaq tp OS X Snow Leopard.

Have you looked at http://www.pocketmac.net/ ? The iPaq is pretty out dated, I'm not sure if 10.6 would support it.
