iPhone 11 connect to Mac min m1 via bluetooth?

I have a quick question.
Can anyone here connect an iPhone with iOS 15.1 to a Mac mini M1 chip running Monterey.
I was just playing around with my iPhone.
And discovered it would not connect to the Mac mini, the iPhone will not pair and says Mac mini is not supported.
Call support and they were not able to solve the problem and it has been referred to engineering.
So I was just wondering if anyone else could connect.

Same problem here. Searching for solutions, it seems to be a rare issue (there are dozens, not thousands, of complaints), and I haven't found a solution yet. It's intermittent, which is especially frustrating. I've been able to connect on some days, not on others.

Support says wait for OS update. They are working on it.

Now on MacOS 12.2.1 and iOS 15.3.1, and still no joy.
