Hi, I’m having what I think is an unusual problem with my iPhone 11. After around 30 minutes or so of usage (nothing hard on it) it heats up quite hot and turns the brightness halfway down not letting me change it until it cools off quite a bit. It cools off way faster obviously without a case. Could the case be too thick causing the problem, or is it something with the phone? If anybody else is having the same problem or can solve it please let me know
Thanks!

My case says this

No. Just browsing apps like this one, selling apps such as Mercari or eBay. Nothing that should be hard on it

Have you checked your battery stats to see if any apps are using excessive amounts of battery percentage? 30 minutes of moderate use shouldn’t cause any heat issues where the screen would need to dim to cool down.

Hi. It’s been a while since you posted but I have the same problem. Just web browsing makes the lower front of the phone hot and the screen brightness subsequently dims. I would like a long battery life but it shows 96% max capacity after seven months. I have removed the case and it makes no difference....
