iPhone 11 Low Voice

Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I have iPhone 11. I bought it 2 years ago. Now it's voice is too low that you can't hear voice on video call. What may be the problem?

Mesh of the speaker dirty. Try cleaning with isopropyl. But just little on a cotton stick. Don’t apply directly on the speaker

I tried cleaning my modem with isopropyl and it stopped working. Should I take chance with my phone? Have you tried it with any phone?

I tried it. But no result. Voice is still low.
