iPhone 11 & IOS 14.2 email problem



My problem with an iPhone 11 running IOS 14.2. I have 2 email addresses that use to work using the IOS built in mail APP. For some reason one address stopped working only for the built in APP. The email address works using the Outlook APP on the iPhone and the WEB Mail through a browser also works for the failing address on the iPhone. The iPhone has been factory reset and reloaded with IOS 14.2 and then restored from iTunes but the built in APP still fails. I have deleted and reinstalled the email address in the iPhone 11. Nothing weird about the email address just wifesname@att.net. I don’t know exactly when the bug appeared but I believe it worked after the IOS 14.2 was originally loaded and I know it worked A-OK for IOS 14.1. I have run out of things to try to isolate this problem. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated & thanks.
 
I think it is a problem with AT&T. I have a sbcglobal email address thru AT&T and have been unable to get mail on my stock email app since yesterday. This has happened before and it usually resolves itself.

I think I fixed the problem with, on the iPhone 11, SETINGS, MAIL, ACCOUNTS & deleted and reentered the email accounts and now the internal IOS MAIL APP seems to be working. Thanks all.
