iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Max Pro Keeps Restarting

Anyone else having this issue?
Have an iPhone 11 Max Pro. Keeps restarting itself at random. Multiple times a day.

I’ve tried a hard reset. Still doing it. I am running the 13.1 Beta. But I don’t think that’s the issue as my other 11 Max Pro that is running the 13.1 Beta does t have this restart issue.

I read something similar in a German forum. At least two people affected running 13.0.
One of them received the phone with completely discharged battery.

So weird. The phone I’m having an issue with came with like 30% battery. The other one that is giving me no issues came fully charged.

My 11 Pro was feeling really warm since I got it, the battery was draining really fast as well. I know I was using it more but it dropped from 80% to 20% in two hours running on WiFi, app refresh off, screen brightness on low and only using safari. I put it on the charger and came back an hour later and it was still really warm and the battery percentage was the same.
I ended up rebooting it and it thankfully fixed all my issues. Now I see how great the battery life is and it’s as cool as a cucumber during use, so I’m just assuming the iOS is buggy.

It’s not that it feels warm or is discharging. The issue is it keeps rebooting. While Im
using it. While it’s charging. While it’s in my pocket. While I’m on a call. It’s insane. Of course it’s the green one and it’s available in no stores and customer service is absolutely useless and horrible.

Same here from Germany.

iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB, Space Grey. Rebooting from time to time. Fresh clean install of apps etc. iOS 13

Mine came with 80% Battery precharged.

Dunno what that is ?

Reboots are not
reproducible.

Also mine has hairscratch on coating -,.,-

My Pro Max 256 came charged about 85%-90%. No reboot issue here but I wonder what is causing that to happen. If a reset didn’t fix it I’d return/exchange it. Unless there is something with 13.1 but if you have 13.0 weird.

I have the same issue but I didn’t have the issue before I updated to 13.2. I don’t know if it have anything to do with iOS version since several have the issue with different iOS versions. I was on the phone with Apple that claims this is is software issue. Did you find a solution with your phone?
