iPhone 11 iphone 11 only charging when turned off

Hey all

My iphone 11 only charges when it has been turned off. It does not even let you know it is charging.
However when you turn it back on after an hour or so it has charge?
Not entirely sure what the issue is here.
If i plug it in while it is on there is no indication it is charging the battery?
Any ideas?

Weird. It shouldn't even stay off while charging.

Try a different charger.
