I had to give my son my iPhone 11 Max. Long story. I can't decide on my replacement. The iPhone 11 6.1 inch LCD the 11 Pro 5.8 inch Oled. Difference in price about $400 + tax. I know its all subjective but if anyone can chime in with an opinion I'd appreciate it.
 
The pro is a better phone in every way. If you can afford it, then grab it. If the cost is too high, get the 11. Not sure why you didn’t keep your phone and just buy your kid an 11.

Perhaps this is not the intended focus of this thread, but I’m curious why you had to give your son your 11 Pro Max instead of giving him an 11 at a lower price point, or even a XR, and telling him to appreciate the phone.

Edit: just saw your response. If you enjoyed the 11 Pro Max I personally think you’d be happier with the 11 Pro.
