I’m getting that too from Verizon on my 6s. It’s right on the Verizon app when you sign in it says for me $500.00 off on the iPhone 11 but the catch is it’s only on the 64GB. That sucks. Who buys a 64GB phone in 2019?When I go to Verizon, it looks like it’s “up to” $500 for a trade in plus $200 if you sign up for an unlimited plan. I assume it has to be a relatively recent device to get $500. If so, that’s not exactly an amazing offer.
Edit: ok, checked it out and they will give me $500 for my iPhone 7, which is a great deal.
Verizon seems the best
I am going to trade in my iPhone X for the new green iPhone Pro unlocked and sim-free going around the Verizon activation fee. I should be able to get it for 600 bucks with the 400 dollar trade in. Going to sell the UAG Camo case for around 20 bucks and get to keep all the stuff from the X cords , earphones etc. Going to go to the Apple store in person once the hype dies down . I am not sure I trust the mail in trade in I would rather do it in store. Plus get the Apple TV for a year not too bad.
I am happy with 400.00.. plus I have 200 dollars in gift cards from hotel points so should cost me 400 plus tax..iphone x should be $500 + $200 giftcard
not completely free, still have to pay tax and activation fee, but basically keeping the 2nd line without cancelling and readding. this works if you have 2 lines and know a smart rep, i'm strictly speaking about verizon though, tmobile from my experience are pretty incompetent and never had att before.
i saw your pm, not quite sure what your question is.I hate doing the upgrade dance. Skipped XR last year and now I have a 7 and 7 Plus for 3 years.
• On VZW. Don't want to switch carriers.
• Have two lines, don't need a new line
• Want two 11's, 64GB
• Unlimited plan will increase my monthly dues by $26, not worth it
• Without unlimited plan, VZW offering $160 and $100 for the devices to trade in
• Move to Unlimited, get $200 each.
• Sucks.
All ears for advice on getting best deal, thanks!
you have to go into a corporate store and talk to one of the reps.@ilikewhey - yeah, I tried that with the XR last year. At least two calls I'm sure, probably four. Pre-release, the dude said he'd be able to make it happen. But all calls with different CSRs following that... not savvy enough.
I could sort of justify the Unlimited plan bill increase if I could get the devices for free (over two years). Thanks!
