Trying to activate my esim and I get in a continuous loop of this. After I connect it to my Mac it asks for my appleid credentials twice and then the process starts over again.
Apple can't figure it out. I even got a replacement phone from Applecare and it does the same.
When I select Turn on this Line the activation lock loop starts
Can anyone help with this?

Hi,

I have the exact same issue with my iPhone 11. Did you find out what it was? Trying to avoid doing a factory reset for the 3rd time now...even Apple support couldn't help me so far.

Call Apple again...it’s rare but now they figured it out. When replacing the phone, they did not remove the activation lock. This means, your old phone (serial number) is still connected to your Apple ID. Apple has to remove the old serial number from your Apple ID (the one you use to set up your iPhone with). Once they have done that, you need to factory reset your phone once again and restore from back up!
