iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro display less bright than 11?

I know that specs say that iPhone 11 is less bright than the Pro, but in my testing, the opposite is true. Anybody else find the same?

Anandtech's testing showed the Pro going much brighter than the 11, tested with hardware display analysis equipment.
