Hi,

My iPhone 11 Pro arrived to me today along with Apple Leather Case. I noticed that it wobbles a little bit lying on a table. I tried on other flat surfaces and it is the same. It doesn't seem to lay totally flat, despite the leather case. It can be noticed when I press the corner with the camera. Could you please check and let me know if you experience the same thing?

I've made very short video to show what I mean - https://www.dropbox.com/s/3mcqzii13dhnrds/IMG_0085.MOV?dl=0

Best regards,
Solos

I've never had an issue with that. Sorry to derail your thread a bit, but what colour case did you get? Would love to see a pic.

I'm wondering if it's the case or an iPhone. The case without an iPhone doesn't seem to wobble, but due to camera bump it is difficult to check if the iPhone is bent :/

I've ordered another case in AOL. We'll see if it's the case or an iPhone.

Looking at the video, the top left of the image, it looks like the lip of the case, is not fully covering bottom of phone. That's why it wobbles.

I legitimately just discovered the same thing. And came across this post. I have the Black Apple Leather for the Pro Max. It’s not just yours.

@Arcontia That’s true, it looks gorgeous 😄 I always bought Apple black leather case for iPhones. This time I decided to break this pattern and I'm happy I decided to do so.

@Packers1958 Checked it and it is mounted fine. That's not the case, but thanks for the remark.

Second leather case arrived and it wobbles exactly the same. Maybe the iPhone came slightly bent from the factory. I decided to live with it though. There is no Apple Store in Poland, so I'd have to send it back and order a new one. Wait time is 2-3 weeks. If someone finds the cause of this behavior, please let us know in this thread.

Same here. Wobbles exactly like on OP's video. Saddle brown case on iPhone 11 Pro.

I came from a X with a midnight blue leather case and midnight blue folio. Never hand this problem before. It is certainly something you can live with, but it shouldn't happen at these prices.

The phone itself looks straight as an arrow, thankfully :)

Easiest way to check if the phone is bent out of the box is to look down the long edges of the phone at a 10-15 degree angle. If it's curved, this will show it. Lots of X/Xs models had slight bends from the factory, only viewable when looking this way.

Had same issue with my 11 Pro Max and black leather case. Found that the problem went away when I put the phone in the case starting with the left side (with volume buttons) then clipped the right side in. I had to push both bottom corners in a bit to get it to fit snugly. After that the wobble pretty much disappeared.

It's always something!

p.s. After seeing this thread, I totally want that yellow leather case. Looks pretty sweet!
