My battery condition was 100% after I installed the iOS 14 Beta 3 it dropped to 98% in less than two weeks.
Is it normal?
Will it come back to the correct value?

Don't read too much into battery health, my xs max has been on 95% for the past year, purchased on release day.

That's with iOS 14 as well.

Assuming it's not brand new, why do you believe that 100% is the correct value? Batteries degrade so it probably isn't.
2% is an unnoticeable drop in battery life. Forget about it.

I've been using my iPhone 11 for about 6 months and it is still at 100%. You're probably overcharging it or using it in excess for high performance gaming maybe. ;)

I dont believe I ever seen battery percentage go back up so it will only go down from 98%. This is normal so nothing to worry about it. My Xs Max in one year of usage went from 100 to 91% and my 11 Pro Max is currently at 98% from 10 months usage, all batteries produced are not exactly the same so everyone may get different percentages but as long as you are over 80+% battery percentage the iPhone will still work as intended.

This isn't all that unusual and is an estimate, as has been mentioned. There's also really no overcharging.
