Hello, I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max 4 days ago new with preloaded soft 13.2.3, and I'm after 3 charges. I notice that the battery runs away fairly quickly, despite the turned off location and refreshed in the background ).I do not have problems when it is off, e.g. at night, nothing drains the battery, it looks worse when using e.g. a few photos and it fell by 3% (when I watch netflix iP lost 1% in 9min? without WiFi, when my series is downloaded. When I open Facebook/Safari/Youtube I lost 1% in 7/8min maybe on WiFi. In setting usage battery looks usual (I can't post it because i too often watch netflix so it cant be bad result). , . What to do in this situation? I am on iOS 13.2.3? Can I count on improvement? I have it for 5 days, can I change something in this issue when I recharge it a few times? . Maybe should I restore to factory settings? Thanks for your help and sorry for my English!

It can take a few days for the battery to index, this is not uncommon with a new iPhone. Give it a few days and it should correct itself. Not knowing your phones brightness/volume settings, 1% in 9 min using Netflix isn't horrible.

Yea that would be phenomenal while watching Netflix to get 15 hours.

Yeah but only 9min when i download my movie and just Off Wi-Fi so i think its not good score (with Dark Mode and maybe 20% brightness?)? It is really close same result as my previous Samsung. So better to wait until the end of this week? Dont factory reset my iphone or update to 13.3.1? Idk what is the problem, everyone here is content with iP 11 Pro Max battery.

Let me ask, do you mean the phone's battery drops to 1% after 9 minutes, or that it drops 1% for every 9 minutes of use? If it goes from full/near full charge to 1% in 9 minutes, I'd factory reset it and if no change, I'd get it looked at or even return it. My Pro Max's battery life is outstanding, I easily get 2, sometimes 3 days out of a charge.

Oh yes I wanted to say that my phone drops 1% of every 9min while I was watching Netflix without WiFi and 7min-8min when it's medium usage (Safari, Facebook). Should I better reset phone yes?

From what you’re saying I don’t think that’s very out of the ordinary. Could you maybe post the battery usage graph here?

That's very acceptable loss. Netflix/Safari/Facebook all can be very battery intensive depending on whats going on. I don't know that a reset is needed at this point. Keep an eye on it for a couple more days, and like @CoronaOnTap said, can you post a screenshot of the battery usage graph?

A little bit over 4 hours of SOT (or around there, rough calculation), and you have 70%. YouTube isn’t as light as safari, so that’s normal.

I have a question! Hopefully someone here can help me. I have a iPhone 11 4 months old. I don't use it heavy at all and the other day I saw that the battery life is down to 93% in less then 4 months. When I connect it to coconut battery it shows 96.2% with 97 charge cycles. My old iPhone 8 had 89% battery after 2 years. Is something wrong with my Iphone 11? I mean is it not meant to be 1% a month average? Thanks for any help!

Coconut is way more precise. My IOS shows 98 f.e. While Coconut still gives me 100%. 96.2 is actually pretty good für almost 100 charges. It is about 1% loss per 25 charges (rough estimate). So you‘re still on target.
