iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 pro max gps issues

Hi guys been having terrible gps signals since I got my phone. Takes at least 5 minutes before the route actually starts working and many times it won’t update my location.
I haves tried google and apple maps and tried re installing and I’m still having the same issue.
Before I call apple was wondering if there is a fix.
