Iphone 11 pro max locked on Vodafone Hungary hel!

Hello everybody this is my first time here I just wanted to post and ask people how to unlock my iPhone because it is locked on the carrier from the title I bought it and used it in Hungary but now I moved out and I want to unlock it but so far I have no luck with unlocking everybody says that they cannot unlock it for some reason and last resort I have is using the r-sim 15 card which if possible I would like to avoid so please help me thank you!

I live in Hungary.

Vodafone can unlock your phone if it is fully paid. You don’t need to bring the phone in, it happens online. Give them a call.

Hello.What if I have the same situation? I bought a phone and would like to unlock it. But I don't know if the contract has been paid. And there's no way to get to the Vodafon store in Hungary.
