iPhone 11 Pro Max on Verizon, no WiFi calling?

I’m not able to turn on WiFi calling nor Voice over LTE. Anyone have the same issue?
 
Got this resolved. I transferred my line into the eSIM and was able to enable both features. Seems like the SIM card I was using is too old.
