I think you need to figure this out with Apple. Speak to a supervisor if you think that they don’t give you all the details that you need because it’s their stuff and their process at the end of the day.

Myself I am no expert but I guess that payment verification can stall or fail for multiple reasons and only those guys know for sure.

Edit: for those questioning my sanity, the OP has just replaced the initial post with a completely different one and changed topics.

Will the iPhone XS Max screen protector Zagg vision guard plus work on the iPhone 11 promax with no issue?

Why did you edit your original post and thread title to a completely different question/topic? Strange.

Issue was resolved that’s why so I don’t make a new post I just added to this ?
I get where you're coming from, and I respect it as no one likes a spammer, but I think it's better to create new threads for separate topics. By changing the entire content of the first post, you're essentially making it impossible for others who have the same issue to find and benefit from any solution in the thread or contribute their own solution (not necessarily this case, but what if this thread had 20 replies?). Also, poor ericwn's post is out of context now lol.

Perfectly worded.
