iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro Max shows USB Transfer speed only 480 Mb/s?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone experiencing slow transfer data speed on iPhone 11 Pro?
I'm using with iMac 2017, Apple USB-C to Lightning cable (both came with the box and bought separately a year ago).
Does it supposed to be USB 3.0 speed? If I remember correctly, my old iPhone Xs showed 5 or 10 Gbps transfer speed.

I thought Lightning transfer speed was the same as USB 2.0, so 480 megabits per second which is pretty woeful compared to USB 3.0 and above.

Only iPad Pro offers USB 3.0 speed over USB-C to Lightning cable.

yup. iPhone is still capped at 2.0 speeds whereas Apple updated the Lightning port on iPad Pros (from 2016? dont remember) to 3.0 speeds.

it’d be nice if Apple updated the data transfer speeds to 3.0 or just update to USB-C with 3.0.
