Odds are if it’s shipping UPS from CGO(Zhengzhou), UPS174 is inbound to pick it up. It will likely depart around 6 PM local time for Seoul and then onward to Anchorage after a crew change.

The flight back is UPS173 if you need to track. It historically doesn’t pop up until about 25 minutes after departure from CGO on flightradar24 due to the mountains and coverage. The aircraft from there is likely the aircraft taking it to the states.

Don't believe those flight numbers are accurate.

Not many UPS planes in China right now (that I can find). One in Hong Kong. Another in Anchorage about to be on it's way west to somewhere in Asia. Most of the planes stop again somewhere like South Korea before going into China.

Also, a lot of the cargo flights are contracted out to airlines other than UPS. I experienced this last year. Too many iPhones to move for the planes UPS will have.

I got my tracking number, and every year I hold for pickup at the UPS CC hub and get it the morning of release. But it won’t let me this time. When I login and choose to change delivery it pops up asking me to enter an infonotice number?

“You can change your delivery after a delivery attempt has been made. Please track again using the InfoNotice number, which can be found above the barcode on the notice you received.”

What gives?

Hey, first time preordering but anyways I’d love to hold my package at a CC but I have like 3 around me does it matter what one I choose?

Hmm... I’ve been trying my phone number as a reference, but it wasn’t working. However, when I used my order number (excluding the last two digits) it worked!

Now my issue... it appears I entered the wrong phone number on the billing information and so the phone number on UPS reference is wrong too. Should I still have it fixed at least on Apple’s side?

Not sure how this will affect anything. It might not even matter much at all, but I’m slightly worried. :(

If you go to UPS website: click your region> Click on three parallel lines on the top right of your screen. Click tracking>track and track history> Track by Reference number > use your phone number as reference number. This will show tracking

This has got to be the most useful post ever in the history of my tracking my iPhone deliveries. Thank you BobRoss :)

I have my tracking number and everything is set for 9/20 delivery. :)

MUWAH.

Well, my Apple Watch showed up on UPS, but now, my iPhone 11 Pro Max has an exception and the exception is that the delivery date is tentative. Oh brother. The label has been created, but that's all.

Just a friendly message to everyone.
Even if you still have a 9/20 delivery date and you don’t have a tracking number, you’ll still be getting your phone on 9/20. Relax. There are MILLIONS of phones traveling from China through customs to their destinations. If you’re in the USA and you still see 9/20 as a delivery, you’ll get your phone. If you can’t find a tracking number with your phone number, you’ll get one, it’s not even close to being too late to make it in time. It’s those with dates later than 9/20 who will not be getting them on Friday, it sucks but it is what it is.
