Per historical trends....there’s no way to know when your cards will be charged. As far as when you’ll get it, that depends on model and carrier and how many other people ordered exactly what you did. I’m surprised to have a launch day phone and I ordered 8 hours after preorders began.
Ditto. 2 phones coming to Vegas. But only 1 has a 2:55 arrival scan. The other is at 5:00 AM (9/17).

Alright... because I'm very interested in aviation and stuff.... I did some digging on UPS flights & others. It's hard to say when the planes will go in and out of China because censorship, bad coverage for airspace tracking, and other reasons.
For those of you who are still waiting to leave Zhengzhou, I found one UPS plane (N575UP - https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/n575up) heading that way in the last few hours. I'm guessing it'll re-appear soon after you starting getting scans in the next few hours.
For those like me, waiting to leave ICN (South Korea), UPS 99 is the most obvious choice: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS99. I'm also watching several other airlines (UPS does charter additional flights for iPhone launch) but they seem unlikely.
Also of interest, N577UP (https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/n577up) is on it's way to Korea. Unsure if it'll pickup and go Anchorage or go Zhengzhou and return.
N615UP is on it's way back to Alaska and then Korea.

Right now https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/n575up is your best bet. You won’t know for sure until it scans in Korea.
Has anyone had their phone delivered to an actual UPS store before and not a CC? I’m debating on that option as they are open Saturday too.. I have a feeling the pickup day probably won’t be Friday though.

Someone yesterday mentioned that a message as such might be due to planes being overloaded with the pallets of iPhones.
It’s usually a customs issue. I get these exceptions every year. By the time you get notice of the scan the phone has already moved on to its next destination. The scans are always behind until it hits the states.
This thread makes me so sad that I can’t join in the fun, apparently all the Aus iPhones get stashed in Sydney til they ship weds/thurs
People please , we go through this every year. The flight from Zhengzhou to anchorage is about12 hrs. You all gonna get your phone on the delivery date you got. Not much movement til tomorrow or Thursday . If you have a tracking number, you’re all set.
My last Shipment Progress entry is an Arrival Scan on ZhengZhou dated 09/16/2019 at 2:55 PM. That means that UPS took possession of my iPhone on 09/15/2019 and has not moved it since.
I remember when the X came out I saw some pretty well known tech youtubers had the phones a few days before the “public” and we’re doing hands on reviews from home. Is that happening again this year too?
