Give it awhile...these are bulk scans so it may take time for the updates to filter down to individual tracking numbers...

How are you searching? Best bet is to download the UPS app and setup an account with your address...it’s free...

My 11 Pro is still processing (9/27 delivery), but my wife's Pro Max is supposed to be here 9/20 and it still says preparing for shipment.

When you open the app, you should see a summary view of any orders, as long as the address matches the same address used to order the phone. You mentioned using reference numbers but that shouldn’t be needed in the app. Other than that, maybe UPS is updating and not available although I just checked mine and it seems to be working...

Apple doesn’t update shipped info until the phones reach Louisville. If you want the most up to date info, download the UPS app...

When your phone travels from China to Anchorage , it crosses the date line so the times will look funky like that...
