I called UPS. They were as helpful as a bump on a log. They couldn't explain the package status and couldn't confirm my phone would be delivered as promise.

If you have a 9/20 delivery date, it will arrive on 9/20. Doesn’t matter if it was pushed up from 9/23.

I fully realize the tracking is out-of-sync. However, this is funny. At this moment, I assume my phone may be in KY but who knows....It may have really been rerouted to South Korea.

If you have a 9/20 delivery date, you’ll get your phone on 9/20.

Spoke with UPS about ZZ 2:55er, they said it just cleared customs today! It still on track to be delivered by the 20th!

According to my tracking for last year, my package left Anchorage @ 8:52am on 9/20. Arrived in KY @7:04pm then it cleared customs at 9:45pm, and a import scan took place on 9/21 at 12am. It departed Louisville, KY @ 3:40AM
it got to Sylmar, CA @6am. Remember it was the 21st last year for delivery day. Now my faith in UPS was tested that year, but it still made it on time and in my hands by 8:15am @ their CC

Don’t bring up “delivered as promised” 9/20 was never ever ever promised. It says date tentative for a reason. They can’t control customs and stuff like that

That is true. I should elaborate. Per UPS: The package status is just for the container with the assumption your phone is in that container. The package status does not confirm your phone was in that container.
