To everyone who got to Anchorage last night, we likely won't see anything until tomorrow. The customs check is done there at the hub. The last two years with my X and XS Max preorders they sat there for well over 24 hours without an update to tracking information.

for the 2:55'ers, my friend who is a pilot for UPS reported a major customs holdup on shipments. I found out mine was just cleared to fly today after being held for 3 days

Mine is still “arrived” in ZZ at 2:55 a couple days ago, but it at least went from “Date Tentative” to “In Transit”. Maybe a good sign?

Great. The rowdy 2:55ers messed up the customs paperwork.

I saw where someone posted they spoke to UPS earlier and they where cleated and leaving soon.

Yeah, though deciding to update the website during peak hours on the busiest week of the year is a head scratcher though.

They wanted to get it done before iOS 13 dropped tomorrow, which is understandable for the light/dark mode switching. More important for the site to do that than let us continue to go back and forth on tracking planes lol.

Wife’s green Pro (2:55PM) says will be delivered on Friday but tracking hasn’t moved in two days.

My space grey Pro (05:00AM) still doesn’t say delivery Friday, although my apple store confirmation does.

Who knows, lol

It will get there. UPS knows how to move phones. Mine was in a similar state with the X. Literally made it from ZZ to PIT in 17 hours that year for an on time delivery.

I think mine has said “In Transit” on the tracking page for quite a while now, but the app still says “date tentative”. Not sure what to think at the moment. If it doesn’t get in the air soon, Friday ain’t gonna be a thing.

It’s not like they didn’t know IOS13 was coming for weeks. Kinda frustrating. I’d imagine they lost a lot of ad revenue in middle of biggest iPhone week of the year 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

They all say Preparing for shipment in the Apple store app. Apple doesn't provide shipping details yet. You'll have to use a UPS My Choice account for that.
