Hmm. Maybe I haven't gotten it yet! I don't recall UPS ever emailing me in the past, but maybe I turned those off. I'm definitely out for delivery though.

I got it about 15 min after it went out for delivery.

Yes, I have Worldwide Express Saver. Chances are its just the system bogged down why you didn't receive it yet.

Thanks!! Yes my package states loaded on truck but it has yet to scan for out for delivery. Maybe then I will get the email. UPS website lists worldwide "plus" as having tracking but not the "saver". I have seen some screenshots of people having tracking with saver. I really don’t want to sit home all day waiting!

I am waiting for the posts from people after they make bail for being arrested for chasing down the UPS truck because they wouldn’t survive if they didn’t get the phone in hand at 8am. I am also waiting for the posts of people frantically calling UPS and Apple demanding compensation for having to wait a portion of the day for the phone being delivered because they had irreparable damage to their psyche having to wait. I am waiting for the posts from those with late September or October deliveries livid because they didn’t get bumped up and can not possibly survive the world until then without a new phone because last years model couldn’t possibly satisfy their needs until then. I am waiting for the posts from everyone else with half of a sense of normalcy condemning the crazies on their ridiculous behavior and the crazies coming back at them claiming it’s normal behavior in an attempt to justify their obsessions. I am waiting for the people to post pictures they found of the net of phone unboxings to claim it’s really them so they can have bragging rights that they got their phone first, while they are really calling their mom to bail them out of jail for chasing down the UPS truck and chastising the driver for not picking their phone out of the 100 on the truck and delivering it at 8am. Did I miss anything?

Since my phone wasn't sent via next day air, I'm guessing that means I don't have the option to see the delivery truck. That's unfortunate. I'd even pay a little money out of my pocket if it meant knowing where the truck was on delivery day

Both my and my wife's are loaded on delivery vehicle. Estimates between 3-7pm, man I hate being on the end of the delivery window

Apple insures the package. After a period of time they will send another phone. They won’t reimburse anyone for a lost in transit phone.

In the UPS app I have a link to follow my delivery and I can watch the truck as it gets closer and then moves in the wrong direction!

Well everyone, it's been fun (as it is every year) spending what is always the longest week of the year with you. Today, I will receive my 10th iPhone and it's the first one that I have ever picked up at an Apple store. Doing that removes the fun of tracking YOUR phone and watching as UPS works their magic, to move a unbelievable number of devices to places all over the world, in what is truly amazing choreography. But I do receive my phone much earlier in the day, and I believe that I will like the experience of launch day at the Apple store.

I'll check in later today to see how everyone is doing waiting for and enjoying their new phones as they get them.

Painless picking up at Apple Store. Second in line, first out the door. Only a couple of 8a reservations. There were about 40 people in line with no reservations. Probably the fastest ever. It took longer to get there and back than to walk out the door. Cumberland Mall, Atlanta.
