I only see one UPS flight out of Anchorage to Louisville and that’s 9 hours from now. I hope they have some other airlines they’re contracting.

Nothing’s impossible. Since they did go to Fairbanks and then to Anchorage which was out of the ordinary. But then again I’m no UPS expert

Obviously I’m just bitter cause I’m on the same flight and mine was changed to Tuesday yesterday morning, so I’m trying to cast some doubt and have some company in my misery 😂

😂 Realistically speaking, I’m not sure mine will be delivered tomorrow either., unless they seriously expedite it after arriving in Louisville. My watch took 13.5 hours just to get here from Louisville...

At least your phone didn’t make it all the way to Louisville only to magically make it back to Shanghai and get a delay and is now in Anchorage like mine. This is whacky.

mine got an arrival scan in Anchorage around 4. Still slated to arrive tomorrow. At this point I expect to wake up to a tracking update saying my phone is back in Shanghai.

October 15-22 delivery group: ordered mine on September 24 it shipped and gave me a 9/30 delivery date but a day later UPS changed it to delivery rescheduled no movement so far hopefully see some this week

This may be a general issue. I have two kits for two phones. One was swapped, one was not. Neither has an SN.

In my case it turned out alright. I returned the XS Max in the box I was sent, Apple received it, inspected it, and canceled my old loan. My return is complete.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me too. I assume by mechanical failure they mean they broke a bunch of phones and we had to get new ones sent from China? Supposedly the whole ordeal only delayed me by a day though.

UPS updated my delivery to 10/2. Was originally 9/30 before it was stuck in Shanghai over the weekend.

Out of curiosity, do those who have a scheduled delivery of today (Monday) have an estimated time frame for delivery? Mine says “By end of day” whereas my watch had a timeframe in the early afternoon

my phone is like yours, in Alaska still with delivery by end of today, which we know wont happen.
