I have an iPhone 11 Pro which has been perfect since day one. 50% of me says keep my phone and save some money. The other 50% says get the latest and greatest. Who else is on the fence going from an 11 Pro to a 12 Pro? Give me your reason(s) why either way....

I'm not on the fence. Upgrading from 11 Pro Max to 12 Pro Max because of the upgrade program. pretty easy decision.

Which upgrade program are you using?
I think it's the iPhone Upgrade Program, it is with apple and you just pay interest-free installments. It is a good program since you aren't paying extra and get applecare+ bundled in.

My two cents: I don't think it is worth it to upgrade every year, the 12pro has minimal differences from the 11 pro. The max has somewhat of an upgrade, newer camera hardware. I wouldn't upgrade just because apple changed the design of the device, I rather spend the money on a new TV or something that won't be irrelevant quick.

I would not upgrade from an 11 pro. i Doubt you’ll notice a difference and will get disappointed. I’m upgrading from an xs where battery life and camera upgrades will be bigger.

Barely feels worth it to upgrade from the X tbh... there have not been any big new features. Just the camera that likely got improved a lot over all these generations.

but i have waited long enough ;)

the only time it was worth it for me to upgrade after just one year, was from the 7 to the X, because it was a whole new experience.
