iPhone XR iphone 11 will use intel XMM7560?

does anyone know? or heard rumors? the reason i skipped XS and Xr cause the lackbustering coverage i was getting when i went from my X(qualcomm) to a returned XS(intel) on verizon. i was basically getting no signals in door at work.
