A 5.4" flagship is still the hope but at this point I'll not only settle for but really look forward to a 5.4" phone with no bezels and the newest chips.

I hope the 6.7” dimensions leak soon. I have an aftermarket Qi charger in my car that only has a few mm of clearance on the sides for my XS Max, so I’m hoping it still fits.

And maybe they’re already leaked and I missed it. If so, does anyone know the width?

I'm getting more and more frustrated unfortunately. The 5.4" iPhone 12 is beginning to sound like the perfect phone for me, but I don't want to lose the camera functionality of the Pro and I've heard rumors of the Pro getting Pro-Motion. Still, to have 4" iPhone SE-type device with modern technology sounds like a dream.

If your curious Everythingapplepro (I know, not the greatest source) has a video showing a 3D printed 6.7 12 Pro Max then compares it to the current Pro Max. It actually might be the video in post #8 from @BasicGreatGuy

That is the correct.

I don’t like his usual click-bait videos. However, it seems he has gotten close to a lot of the same reliable sourcing that obnoxious and immature Prosser uses, which has helped his channel grow. He has matured more in the last year. I found this very apropos for the thread. Even though I didn’t like posting it, I figured someone might find it useful. :)

Nice, however I am expecting it to be thicker than the new SE which overall will probably make it heavier. Still looks like a great option and I still might get it even though I did recently get the SE too.

If a bit more heft = better battery life, I’m all for it.

Also really looking forward to this phone proving the obnoxious “people don’t want small phones” trope wrong (in case the SE hasn’t done that already).

Awesome. Will definitely watch.

I also did end up googling and found a CAD design of the new pro max. Apparently the new phone is .25mm wider. If that’s true that is impressive that they were able to get another .2” by further reducing bezels and only slightly increasing dimensions.

Totally wouldn't mind even if it's ~8mm if that means significantly improved battery life. SE 2020 is 148g and SE 2016 is 113g. Hopefully, some of that size reduction from 4.7" chassis offsets extra battery weight.

Have to nitpick for a second,

EverythingApplepro is not a ‘source‘ or even an analyst. He feeds off other reliable sources info and then rehashes their material based off what they said in his own form. He mainly is a YouTube click baiter, but other tech sites do report his Videos, specifically actually there was a front page article on him yesterday on Macrumors.

It’s Forbes folks. They will publish anything to attract a click. Most of it baseless.

It's not hard to deduce the dimensions though. Take the iPhone X screen and shrink it down to match the iPhone 6 screen's width and ui density, then add in some bezel width.

This is going to be the most amazing iPhone release ever. Smaller than the new SE? Its been so long....
If the dimensions in the original post are correct, then the entire body is smaller than SE 2020 with a bigger screen.
