Interesting. So we are getting slimmer bezels according to Tom's Guide. I couldn't find any info on that before.

I'm really hoping to see some comparison shots between 12 pro and the 11 pro max. I want to see if the camera is better. I'm second guessing getting the 12 pro and not waiting for the 12 pro max.

Well after watching 4 reviews, it seems the cameras on the regular 12 and 12 pro are slight improvements over the 11 series. Certainly less than I expected. Now I’m hoping the 47% larger sensor and larger pixels on the Pro Max better differentiate.

I think 12 pro camera is a noticeable difference overall. Makes me wonder how great Pro max will be

I’m hoping we can do this too, for the sake of battery life.

Saw this on CNET review video, looks like we can, 👍.

Hope we’re able to turn off 5G completely, battery not up to par.
I’ve always had the option to choose which G I want to use so I assume the same applies to 5g. This must be region specific or something.

Based on some of the reviews, the magnetic Apple Wallet may not be great. Sounds like it slides off in jeans pocket. Hope not.

I must admit when I first saw it announced it did cross my mind that it could be knocked off when putting it in a pocket. Not really sure why I’d want my bank cards attached to my phone either? Seems easier having a slim card wallet.

I still need to read more reviews, but after going through both of the Verge reviews, I’m thinking I may need to either wait for the Pro Max despite its hideous size or just hold onto my 11 Pro for another year or two or three.

Coming from the 11 promax and hoping to go back to a smaller phone, I am very unimpressed with 12P. I am actually happy that I waited to order the 12PM. It looks like the 12P is a slight improvement over the 11pm, with worse battery life. What is the purpose in getting a smaller phone if I will have to carry an external battery along with me

This might be the first time I don't upgrade, I think my 11 Pro is just fine and the differences in camera quality isn't night and day either. Think I'll wait for the iPhone 13 Pro with the 120hz display.

Yikes this part of The Verge review is concerning:
“In the end, I think iPhone 12 Pro battery life is going to vary widely for people depending on how much they use 5G — especially mmWave 5G — so this is something we’ll have to track over time. But I would definitely not expect the “try and stop me” battery life we saw on the regular iPhone 11.”

This is probably a better device for people coming from Xs or Xs Max.

Going with the black iPhone 12. The red’s not the same as the XR and the 11. Too bad...

Says to me more reason not to use 5G
