iPhone 12 Leather Case Not Holding In Place

Very often when I remove my iPhone 12PM from my pocket, the apple leather case is not in place in one of the corner. I need to put it back in place. Anyone else? I believe this is an issue as it is often when removed from the pocket that it can fall down o f the floor...

My Baltic Blue case is not completely flush on the bottom left, I can push the phone down slightly...nothing horrible though. I am waiting for my Apple Store to get this back in stock so I can exchange it. I still have until next week (I bought this Nov 6).

If not, I'll get a refund, these cases are too darn expensive to ignore defects. I do have a new spare case coming today

Phone still stays in tact so far, actually it's tougher than I imagined getting this thing off.

I happen to find my iPhone like this when removed from my pants pockets...😡
I like the case design though...

I have two of these cases and haven’t seen this particular issue. That said, this thread is not the first I have seen complaining about this exact issue. If it was me I would return and order a new one.

For anyone experiencing this return the case to Apple and get another one. Seems to be a bad batch or simply bad luck but they certainly aren’t all like this. I’ve got a black and blue leather case and neither have given any issues.

I tried 4 leather cases on display at Best Buy and corners were popping out all of them. At this point I will wait few weeks and hopefully either quality improves or the they do quiet redesign. I loved feeling of Apple leather case, so I am hoping issues will be corrected in near future.

I had a saddle brown that the phone constantly slipped in and out of. I got a black case a few days ago, no issues.

Not in "normal" use for my iP12 Mini but when pressure gets applied it happens from time to time. I imagine for someone wearing skinny jeans the problem might be worse. On side note the iP12 cases leather feels much inferior to iP7 leather case, not nearly as smooth and supple.

I sent a SB case back a week ago and just received a black case today. I've never had bkac, I've always done SB but couldn't handle this year's version. This black case feels so much better than the one I returned. Coincidence? Or have they made some updates?
