Hi everyone. A family member’s iPhone 12 mini finally died (stuck in dfu mode) after around five years of gruelling service.

I thought you might enjoy the pictures. The case is an original Apple leather case. (Yes, the logo has been worn away.) And ironically there is a glass protector over the plateau that hasn’t cracked.

Wireless charging still works though.

Shame to see a phone abused like this . . . I just restored my Green 64GB 12 mini. It had an aftermarket cheap display panel when I purchased it from eBay and I replaced that display panel for a genuine Apple OLED display panel this afternoon. This device looks pristine.

It pained me to see that Product Red 12 mini in that condition in comparison to what I have with my Green 12 mini . . .
