Hi

I keep loosing calls and getting cut of a lot, almost all calls gets cut off.
I use 5G set to auto, also tried 4g only, same problem.
I tried a new SIM card and now I am using esim.
Talked to my service provider and nothing seems to be wrong, also did not happen on my previous iPhones.
Does anyone have a good solution to this problem?
 
I have had exactly the same issue for the past month and multiple calls with Apple and Verizon and no one seems to be able to fix it. Meanwhile I have to use one of my kids 2020 SEs to make a call. Verizon claims there is a problem with the phone and Apple rejects that there is a problem. Have the same issues with a 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max.

Have you ever found the issue? I'm having the same issue, network and apple both deny any issues. I don't know what else to do.

Restarting the phone normally brings it back but it stops working after a few hours.

I have the same issues with my 12 pro max. Apple blames Verizon, Verizon blames Apple. I think it’s the phone as I can be in the same area and my wife’s 11 works fine but i have no service.
 
The Apple techs have now had my iPhone 12 Pro for a day and decided that the phone was fine... the problem must be "something" else they said...

So i still have a phone i can't use to make phone calls :mad:
