I'm picking up my Pro Max on Friday morning. I'm upgrading from a 256GB iPhone X with 13500 photos and videos. I want to start fresh in a sense that I have all my texts and settings but the photos don't transfer over. At the same time I would like all of my iPhone 12 Pro Max photos to be synced to iCloud.
Should I turn off Photo back up off on my X and then back it up and then set up my iPhone 12PM and turn it on in settings? Will that resync all my photos from the X and bring them over?
