This is the third 12 pro max I buy on IUP Program but now it's not showing my eligibility what has to be done to get this sorted?

Just out of curiosity, since you likely did the order online for pick up, if you go to your apple.com and check your order status, what does it show in the invoice?

It was shipped to me shows iup nothing on elgibilty

Okay then that's something you need to call Apple to get that sorted out. I don't think anyone here can help you with this since it's Apple's issue.

Sales transferred me to agreement team they had to email a department to sort this out what a pain.
