iPhone 12 Pro iPhone 12 Pro Max Lock Screen issues

I believe I am having the same lock screen issues as 12 mini customers are reporting. Cannot easily access the flashlight and camera. Anyone else?

A small tap won’t open them. They open when you press and hold until you feel the small taptic vibration.

Excellent point. I tried to hold longer and seems to work! Maybe it's the change from 3D to haptic (I'm coming from XS Max to the 12 Pro Max).

Do you think that's the problem the 12 Mini customers are having or is that a different issue?

Sounds like the mini customers are having an issue with the cases and screen protectors interfering with their displays.

I have the those issues with the Mini when a screen protector is on. I don't have them on the Pro Max with a screen protector on.

I'm pretty sure apple killed 3d touch on the xs?
edit: Oh I went and searched for this and they killed it on the xr then the 11, my bad.

Yeah coming from the 8 Plus with 3D Touch, this took a little getting used to. You have to hold them.
