Check out 6:37 of this video. He posts 3 QR codes to download the DV HDR videos and watch them on an Apple device. Wow! They look amazing on my 11 Pro Max. Best video I have ever seen from a smartphone.

I’m getting major buffering downloading and watching through safari? Did you?

Yup the videos still stutter and buffer on these links and me using another device. The two devices were on WiFi, iPad pro 2020 and iPhone 12 pro. Switched to cellular on 12 pro. Same thing.

Same here, some videos stuttered then resumed playing.

Downloading the videos eliminates the stuttering.

Comparing the first 3 videos, there's slightly less noise on Pro Max especially on the low light video. There is definitely difference but not enough to convince me to have to live with the Pro Max size in day to day life.

I am more than happy with my Pro and it looks like I am not missing much in terms of camera. For those who needs bigger screen and be already fine with it will enjoy the improvements for sure.

What is best way to play these via Apple TV 4K in Dolby Vision mode? Tried Airplay from iPhone 11 Pro, but it did not do Dolby Vision.

Wow, that looks amazing, is that straight off the phone no editing?
Im pretty sure they are. The Verge doesn't get into any post processing in their test videos that Ive ever seen. Want to be really blown away? Download them and watch them in standard and then again in HDR. They look just ok on my 27 inch iMac but amazingly good in HDR on my 11 inch iPad Pro. Now we need monitors to support these files.

Love how street lights no longer seem to ruin images / videos a t night. Coming from a XS Max, it’s what i always hated the most, when filming something in low light. Those damn street lights would ruin any shot

Haha the reviewer kept saying Big phone, what he thinking ? We all know that already. My first cell phone was year 1989 .

I can't say enough about that stabilization! I have been having doubts and have been considering cancelling the 12PM or returning it for the 12P or just keeping my 11PM, but that stabilization solidified my decision.
