Nothing is working for me. Can't call Verizon because the only line I have is the one I'm trying to activate on. I've restored my phone, I've turned it off and on. I've tried it with the sim and without the sim. Nothing is working.
I spun up a chat session with Verizon and provided the info to the agent. I did have to give them my physical and digital sim from the iPhone 12 as well as the ICCID from my current physical SIM card. After they activated it, I restarted and had to make the eSim the primary line in the Cellular settings. All good after that.did you activate e-sim automatically or do you have to call Verizon to activate it?
