Has anyone else noticed this? When I am at home, my phone displays “VZW Wi-Fi” calling, but anywhere else it doesn’t. Has Wi-Fi calling been tweaked to only work in certain locations/at the emergency address you set up?

1. Do you also have a wifi connection when “anywhere else” ?
2. When “anywhere else” is your network strength strong enough not to need wifi calling ?

I’m mainly talking about when at work on WiFi. It might be that at work my connection is strong enough. For some reason I thought it was an always on/always off thing but it may just be that it only uses it when it needs to

That’s certainly how it worked for me with my previous (UK) network on my iPhones.
Poor signal (< 2 bars) in the house meant I always relied on wifi calling.

That’s how it works. It only switches when the cellular signal is weak. It’s not always on or always off.
