iPhone 12 Pro Iphone 12 screen info is so large cant access phone.

I have a user with a 12 and she has done something to make the screen so large we cant even access the phone. We tried to reboot it using the side and volume buttons but it just ties to call 911 and the slide to power off is not on the screen its so magnified. I'm attaching a pic of this issue. Sorry its a bit hard to describe

Double tapping the screen with three fingers might do the trick:

Zoom in on the iPhone screen

On iPhone, magnify the screen with full-screen zoom or window zoom.
