When the iPhone 12 is made to the audio isolation, the sound does not go clearly, whether it is a normal network call or a WhatsApp call, the sound goes muffled across. I wonder if there is a forum friend who has the same problem as me, how did you find the solution?

First thing I'd do is to inspect the mic with a loupe and see whether is ganged up with dirt. Does it work the same with a headset?

I tried it too, but I have the same problem on my airpods, I think this is definitely a software-related problem.
