Hi guys,

After 2 days of trying all internet suggestions, and "paid" ? thirdparty software, i've surrender to the help of this forum.

the issue is simple, but everyone is trying to complicate it.

the phone has no storage space, so any attemps to update via recoverymode are absurd.

software i've tried: 3uTools, EaseUS MobiSaver, ReiBoot, TunesKit iOS System Recovery, iMazing, with no luck.

always in widnwos pc, tried, win10/win11 pc, 2 types of lightning cables, uninstall itunes, re install it, update it...

am i missing something??

posible solutions i've tried to find are: make a full copy of the iphone on my pc, clone it somehow, and the last one as my last resort is restore it to factory, and try any software to recover deleted photos/videos

now i see it

You’ve got to unload all your pictures and videos to free up space.
Delete most apps (they can be downloaded from the App Store again)

You have no choice. You say your phone is stuck at the Apple logo, and recovery mode doesn't work. You've tried multiple third party programs, none of which have worked.

DFU is your only hope ever to use that phone again.

You have backups, right?

Now that someone has ripped the band aid off, hopefully you also format and clean install your computer as well. You've installed a bunch of junk software with at minimum, lots of spyware.
