Hi everyone. I have replaced the back glass of an iPhone 13 mini recently. I accidententaly broke the flashlight cable during the repair. So I opened up the device and then unfortnately cracked the screen. Since then I have replaced the flash light module and front screen. Now the phone keeps restarting roughly every 5min. I have even replaced the screen with another one without success. I have the crash details that I can provide.

You can search the panic log for an error to find the reason for reboot. Rear glass replacement without using laser often damages the mic sensor cable, resulting in reboots.

If it’s any consolation,
Even official Apple repair technicians occasionally break (and brick) iPhones when removing the screen — that’s why they insist that customers back up their data before bringing it in for repair.

Hi JPack,

I have the crash details, however, I am not sure what to look for.

I have attached photos of several panic logs. Can you interpret it?

The log suggests a charge port flex failure.

Excellent! Thank you JPack for your useful advice. Excellent article that you have provided there as well to interpret the fault codes. I am ordering in a new charging port for it and see if it works once i replaced it.

Cheers

I have replaced the charging port and the phone is working perfcetly fine now. Thank you so much for your help!
